After completing architectural training in the UK, Robin Wycherley relocated to Helsinki, Finland. Here he freelanced for architect's offices in both countries and established Itu Design in 2007. Four years later, a stint with a leading Finnish interior design firm focused Robin's attention on interior architecture for the first time. Fascinated by the processes, roles and diverse international aspects of corporate office design, the direction of Itu Design became clear.

In 2013, Itu Design undertook its first office project, designing the Euroclear Helsinki office interior, marking the start of our journey into corporate design. Since then, we've evolved into specialists in interior office projects, workplace planning, change management, and strategic consultancy. Our work extends to consulting for construction leaders such as YIT and facilitating numerous leasing endeavors with global teams.

Robin Wycherley is the founder of Itu Design and the direct point-of-contact with the customer and project leader. Robin is responsible for creative design, coordination and communication. Robin has lead Itu Design since 2007 and Space2 since 2016. Robin is a member of SIO, the Finnish Association of Interior Architects.
Beyond interior architecture, Robin enjoys family time with his two teenagers and exploring the outdoors, and can often be found running along Espoo's coastal paths or cycling in Porkkalanniemi.
Originally from Jarvenpää in southern Finland, Sini qualified with a degree in Event Management from Mercuria Business College. Sini wears two hats in Itu Design, being responsible for financial administration and also managing our marketing and events. In her free time Sini is a dedicated traveler, making frequent city trips to experience shows and concerts.
Ricard has worked with Itu Design since our first office project, in 2013. A qualified architect, Ricard focuses on producing drawings, modelling and schedule information. He assists with material selection, deals directly with suppliers obtaining offers and works on furniture planning. Ricard’s excellent CAD skills means our drawings are easily shared with the rest of the design team. He is able to produce huge quantities of quality material at light-speed.
For the first half of his time at Itu Design Ricard was resident in Finland. Hybrid working patterns made a move back to his home of Girona Spain easy to implement, with Ricard making frequent trips to meet the team both in Finland and abroad at fairs. When not working Ricard is busy with family life including adventures to the countryside and coast with his three children .
Originally from Tampere, Ida is a student of Interior Architecture in her final year at Lahti University in Finland. Ida manages the procurement and installation of furniture for our projects as well as supporting design tasks and customer communication. Ida is a member of SIO, the Finnish Association of Interior Architects.
As well as following her design passion through visiting furniture fairs and showroom tours, Ida is a keen runner and also enjoys tennis and time at the gym.
