  Complete our online form with basic information about your organisation, space and situation. We'll get back to you within two working days.

• Introduction and on-boarding.
  We'll agree the time frame, schedule online meetings and coordinate communication channels.

• Action Plan Workshop
  You'll meet with our founder, Robin Wycherley, for 90 minutes online. We'll collect detailed information on your organisation, learn about your situation, current space, utilisation and ambition.
  Takes 90 minutes / online meeting
  
  
• Analysis and Action Plan production
  We'll process the results of the workshop and produce your bespoke Action Plan. During this step we might contact you with further questions and to discuss strategy.
  Takes 2 weeks
  
  
• Delivery
  Our founder, Robin Wycherley, will present your Action Plan to you during a 90 minute online meeting. We'll also deliver a PDF version for your use.

• Follow-up and continuing support (Optional)
  This program is complete once your Action Plan has been delivered. Implementation is up to you. But if you're looking for our continued support going forward we can create a bespoke package of email support, recurring meetings and mile stone reviews.
