Design Stage A – Concept Design
Here we lock in your plan layout, wall locations, key feature and the first taste of the look & feel. 



Design Stage B – Detailed Design
We develop detailed construction plans, furniture layouts, material details, light and feature elements 



Design Stage C – Production Information
Schedules are produced ready for builders to make offers and start work, information is shared with other consultants and your project starts to become real. Detailed plans for AV are produced and wall elevations for glass walls.



Design Stage D – Interior Items

We procure furniture, special carpetnry items, plan you move, and order special design elements such as branded walls, reception counters
